This is undoubtedly the best free content that I have ever read on the Net. The
presentation and logical argument are gems, and you give those of us who are looking for jobs full-time a real vision of
what does really work.
The job hunter has got to learn that companies both private and public are looking to "add value" -- and the job
applicant has to find a way to fit into that value proposition. Your concise, matter-of-fact message has true clarity.
I've been downsized, rightsized and now eliminated. Many thanks for reminding me
where to look in the forest.
